We want to make your shopping experience the best it can be! That is why we have a lifetime return policy. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, however we do have to have some general restrictions on returns so we can maintain the quality of products, service and price we offer you.

Item must be in original condition including packaging, all parts, accessories etc. Basically we expect to receive the item back the same way you received it. We encourage you to make the return ASAP so nothing is lost and it stays in original condition.

If we sent the wrong item or it's defective not a problem just
contact us and we'll make it right!

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).

We can not take returns on personalized items, consumables such as food, treats, etc.

contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions prior to making a return.
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or FedEx. Please retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns. We're sorry, we cannot accept COD. Please be aware that when exchanging an item for another, you will see a credit to your original pay method, and then a charge for the cost of the exchange item plus shipping and handling for the new order.
